The service

MCP by SI Lab is operated by BLACK HOLDINGS S.R.L., Romania, under BLACK&. This preview provides tools for connecting datasets and approved APIs, publishing MCP endpoints and reviewing agent operations. Contact: hello@silab.ro.

Authorized access

Use the platform only with systems and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of tool definitions, permitted operations, upstream permissions and review of approval requests. Keep keys and credentials confidential. Do not bypass access controls, probe private networks or use the service for unlawful activity.

Execution and approvals

A tool may read or change an external system. Approval authorizes execution of the displayed request. Pausing a server blocks new calls but cannot undo an operation already running. Failed or timed-out operations may still have affected an upstream system. Review upstream state before resubmitting a write.

Preview limitations

The release is provided for evaluation without a production uptime commitment. Native database and SharePoint adapters, team roles, OAuth client grants and regulated compliance certification are not included. Compatibility depends on the client, authentication and hosting setup. No legal or regulatory compliance is guaranteed by using the service.

Your content

You retain rights to your data and configurations. You authorize processing necessary to deliver the configured service. Do not upload material that infringes third-party rights. Organizational production use may require separate service terms, security review and a data processing agreement.

Availability and liability

Features may change during the preview. Back up important configurations and do not rely on this preview as the sole control for a critical system. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and revoke server access keys. Contact the operator to request workspace deletion or discuss export. Obligations concerning confidentiality, permitted use and completed external operations continue as applicable.

Applicable terms

Romanian law applies subject to mandatory protections available under applicable law. Any negotiated enterprise agreement takes precedence where it expressly governs the deployment. Contact the operator before production use.
